Study on the Models and Development Status of Regional Longitudinal Medical Alliance in ChinaChinese Full Text

Abstract: The national health reform program regards the allocation adjustments and integration of medical resources as an important task of regional medical health system reform. Recently,the state encouraged to develop the form of " medical alliance" to promote regional allocation of medical resources rationally. Many areas have been carried out to explore the " medical alliance" reform according to their actual situation. Through comparative analysis of three representative cities’( Zhenjiang,Wuhan,Shanghai) medical alliance models,we look forward to showing the status and development of medical alliance of China in recent years. Analysis indicates that the medical alliance construction is still in the exploratory stage and there are both advantages and disadvantages of different models so that we need to design rational systems according to local conditions.
