A. and B. In contrast to the wild type cells in which BodipyC12 labels host LDs (A), the fluorescent FA becomes integrated into the membrane of the MCV in dgat1&2 DKO cells (B). Dictyostelium cells were labelled with BodipyC12 as described previously [12]. Wild type and dgat1&2 DKO were infected with GFP-expressing M. marinum.
