Sulforaphane (SFA) protects neuronal cells from oxygen & glucose deprivation (OGD)

LD50 for astrocyte cell culture was determined using a live dead assay, and further analyzed by western blot and densitometry.

One way ANOVA, and Dunnett’s Multiple Comparison Test was completed; *p<0.05, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001, ****p<0.001, compared to 0 hour OGD control.
