Tris-Tricine SDS-PAGE of conditioned media.
Conditioned media from cultures of Mϕ and Mϕ+OFMFTIC10, were separated by Tris-Tricine SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Tris-Tricine gels were stained with either Coomassie (A) or imaged via a fluorescence scanner (B). The ~12 kDa protein band of interest was excised for ESI/MS, (highlighted in panel B).
