CBS reduces the expression of TNF-α in rMC-1 under stress conditions.
The expression of TNF-α gene was analyzed by Real Time under oxidative stress for (A) 3 and (B) 6 h, and under (C) inflammation. Results are reported as fold changes relative to untreated controls, in DMEM without serum (CTRL w/o SERUM), and are expressed as mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. Statistical analysis was performed by ordinary one-way Anova, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. *, p<0.05; ****, p<0.0001.
