In vivo half-life extension of PrlRA.
The PrlRA and ABD-PrlR were s.c. injected (4 mg/kg) in Wistar rats (n = 4). 24 h after injection, blood was collected and the concentration of PrlRA and ABD-PrlRA was determined.
