Phylogenetic relationships of microsymbionts from Bambara groundnut root nodules and reference type strains based on nifH.
Phylogeny was inferred using the neighbor-joining method. The percentages of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together were obtained using bootstrap test with 1000 replications.
