On D0, the ferret badgers in Group 1 received a 109/dose of SAG2, Group 2 received a 108/dose of SAG2, and Group 3 received PBS (non-vaccinated). On D198, both Groups 2 and 3 were challenged with the Taiwan ferret badger rabies virus. Serum samples were measured with the fluorescent antibody virus neutralisation (FAVN) test, and titres are expressed through international units per ml (IU/ml).
