Solochrome staining TMEV induced demyelination in treated animals.
A and B show images of coronal sections from teriflunomide and control animals, respectively. The arrows point at some of the demyelinated regions within the corpus callosum of each animals. Note that solochrome stain is not saturated, this is indicative of some level of demyelination even in the stained areas of the corpus callosum. The scale bar is 0.75mm long.
