U87 human glioblastoma cells were exposed to to vehicle (bdH2O; ○) or increasing concentrations of dendrons F4 (●); F6 (□); F11(■) and F15 (▽) for 72 h for the indicated times. Either (A) ROS production or (B) mitochondrial transmembrane potential were measured as indicated in Material and Methods. Data represent mean ± s.e.m. of 28 to 30 cells. **p<0.05; ***p<0.01 when compared to vehicle.
