Endosomal and not RIG-I pathway inhibitors block IFN-β induction and IDO expression in RSV-infected MSCs.

IFN-β levels were examined in infected MSCs treated with the endosomal pathway inhibitor chloroquine, vehicle control (No Tx), or with RIG-I pathway inhibitor BX795 (A). IDO protein expression was measured in cells treated with chloroquine versus BX795 (B), and cells were examined for RSV PFUs (C).
