Different concentrations of daboxin P (1x10^-6, 1x10^-5, 1x10^-4, 1x10^-3, 1x10^-2, 1x10^-1, 1, 3x10^-6, 3x10^-5, 3x10^-4, 3x10^-3, 3x10^-2, 3x10^-1 and 3 μM) were pre-incubated with reconstituted tenase complexes as described above. The IC₅₀ was calculated by fitting the points by non-linear curve fit using Origin (OriginLab, Northampton, MA).
