MMP-13 mRNA expression in IL-1Ra and control siRNA-transfected cells treated with or without rIL-1Ra. The cells were cultured for 6 hours, and then MMP-13 mRNA levels were determined using real-time PCR. Values represent fold changes. Differences among groups were analyzed by one-factor ANOVA and Bonferroni’s multiple comparison test.
