Note that the vertical line at IQRC = 22.5, where the BKSIQR contributes to about 60% to the IQRC, corresponds to the point that separates fluctuators and non fluctuators in Fig 2, showing that both BKSIQR and DKSIQR contribute significantly to the IQRC at this point.
