RAG2−/−γc−/− mice were treated with either AdIL-15 or AdControl/PBS on days 0, 2, and 4. RNA was isolated from collected adipose tissue on day 8 and analyzed for genetic expression of (A) CPT1a and (B) CHAD using RT-PCR. Genetic mRNA expression levels were standardized to internal GAPDH levels and reported as fold increase relative to AdControl/PBS treated animals. (n = 5/group). **P<0.01.
