PFGE pattern of 104 Salmonella enterica serovars Indiana.
Chromosomal DNA of 104 Salmonella enterica serovar Indiana isolates carrying the int1, blaTEM, floR, tetA, strA, and aac(6′)-Ib-cr genes were digested with the restriction enzyme XbaI and then subjected to PFGE analysis. The results showed five major patterns as determined by PFGE.
