The stages are nonsporulating hyphae (NSH), sporangia (SP), sporangia chilled to induce cleavage into zoospores (CL), motile zoospores (ZO), germinated zoospore cysts (GC), and directly germinating sporangia (DG). Error bars represent range of two biological replicates from RT-qPCR.
