Overexpression of Oct4 in OSCCs promotes in vivo tumorigenicity and EMT properties.
(A) FaDu cells were transfected with Oct4 or control vector. The transfected cells were injected subcutaneously into the flank of nude mice. FaDu cells were transfected with or control vector and Oct4. Cell extracts from the transfected cells were analyzed for the EMT marker by real-time RT-PCR analysis (B) and western blot (C).
