PG refers to Photogem group with no irradiation and incubation time of 120_30, PDT_60 and PDT_120 refer to PDT groups and incubation times of 30, 60 and 120 minutes, respectively. Light and PG groups did not show statistical difference with the control group. On the other hand, all PDT protocols evaluated were statistically different to the control group.
