Proteomics Analysis of Alfalfa Response to Heat Stress

2-DE analysis of alfalfa leaf proteins extracted from alfalfa leaves grown under control(A), heat stress (40°C for 24(B), 48(C) and 72 h(D)) samples.

A total of 600 µg proteins were separated by 2-DE as described in the material and methods and then visualized using CBB stain. Arrows indicate proteins that were 1.5 fold changes in respond to heat stress.
