Effects of FA on LPS-induced NO production in pregnant mice.

All pregnant mice were i.p. injected with LPS (300 μg/kg) on GD15. In LPS+FA groups, the pregnant mice were orally administered with 3 mg/kg of FA 1 h before LPS injection. Maternal serum and amniotic fluid were collected 6 h after LPS injection. Nitrite plus nitrate concentrations were measured in maternal serum and amniotic fluid. Data were presented as means ± S.E.M (n=6 mice per group). *P < 0.05 VS the control.
