The same cell lines used in Figure 4 were transfected with control, wild-type FILIP1L or FILIP1LΔC103 cDNA. A, Immunoblot analysis for FILIP1L in the transfected cells. GAPDH blot is shown as the loading control. B-E, Transfected cells were subject to Matrigel cell invasion assay 24 h after transfection. The same experimental procedures were followed as described in Figure 6. The result is representative of two independent experiments.
