Construction of IL12-SS1 (Fv) fusion protein.
(A) The map of the baculovirus expression vector. IL12-SS1 (Fv) was inserted at the recombination sites attB1 and attB2 using the gateway cloning system. (B) Cloning strategy and schematic representation of the IL12-SS1 (Fv) fusion protein. The IL12-SS1 (Fv) fusion protein consists of p40 and p35 fused to scFv (SS1).
