The size of the injury.

After traumatic brain injury (TBI) there was a cylindrical tissue cavitation in the injury cortex. The size of the injury was 1.5±0.09 mm (dorso-ventral), 3±0.24 mm (medio-temporal) and 3±0.29 mm (rostro-caudal). (A) Macroscopical dorsal view of the brain after TBI.
