Protein levels of Src in GFP-Src transfectants.

Lysates from clones of GFP-Src transfectants (30 µg each) were compared by immunoblotting using anti-GFP (α-GFP), anti-Src (α-Src), anti-pSrc418 (α-pSrc418), and anti-actin (α-actin). Three clones were chosen for study (C1G1 and C2E8 expressing GFP-ca-Src and W2E9 expressing GFP-wt-Src).
