When the LLC tumor volume reached about 300–400 mm3, 99 mTc-labeled hPK5 or NGR-hPK5 (500 µCi) were injected i.v. into LLC grafting C57BL/6J mice. Planar images were acquired in the prone position at 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 hours post-injection.
