Dose-dependence of GABA treatment on tumor cell proliferation in NCI-H322 cells.
Results from MTT assays were conducted in vitro. Nonlinear regression analysis fitted for a sigmoidal dose-response curve established an EC50 of 2.3 µM. Data points are mean values and standard deviations of five samples per GABA concentration.
