miR-135A Regulates Preimplantation Embryo Development through Down-Regulation of E3 Ubiquitin Ligase Seven in Absentia Homolog 1A (SIAH1A) Expression

MiR-135a expression in preimplantation mouse embryos.

The expressions of miR-135a at different developmental stages were assessed by qPCRs with (A) and without preamplification (B) on 5 embryos (n = 5). The ratios were calculated against Ct values of oocytes and normalized by endogenous RNA U6 expression. Different developmental stages were denoted as oocytes (Oo), zygotes (1C), 2-cell (2C), 4-cell (4C), 8-cell (8C), morula (M) and blastocyst (B). a–b indicates significant difference between groups (p<0.05).
