GEF-H1 and ZONAB/Dbpa immunostaining.
GEF-H1 (A) and ZONAB (B) were found at cell-cell borders in monolayers of w-Bves cells. A similar staining pattern was seen in parental HCE cells (C and D). In t-Bves cells, GEF-H1 was seen in podial extensions of migrating cells (E arrow), and ZONAB staining was seen primarily in the nucleus (F). (Scale bar 50 µm).
