(A) C57BL/6 mice were mock injected (n = 3) or IV injected with 1×1010 vp of either Ad-GFP or Ad-GFP/rEA (n = 8). Splenocytes were harvested 7 dpi and used to complete IFNγ ELISpot analyses. Spot forming cells (SFCs) are reported. (B) C57BL/6 mice (n = 6) were injected IM as above. IFNγ ELISpot analyses were completed at 14 dpi.
