TaqMan® real time PCR for MCP-1, MIP-1α, ITGAM, EMR-1, CD68 and ADAM-8 mRNAs was performed on human adipose tissues (TAT and SAT). Specific mRNAs were normalized to cyclophilin (Cyc) levels. Results are expressed as the mean±SEM of experiment carried out in duplicate (n = 26) (A,D). Western blotting of MCP-1 and MIP-1α.
