Setup and expression pattern of the positive feedback loop.

(a) Vector map of pJSARGFP transducing the positive feedback loop. (b) NIH3T3 cells were stably transduced through lentiviral infection with pJSARGFP. A representative clone was cultivated for four days with the indicated Dox concentrations (in µg/ml) and analyzed for GFP expression using flow cytometry. The numbers in brackets represent the percentage of cells which fall in the respective marker regions. The bimodal response is clearly visible from this data.
