Total antigen-specific IgM (A), IgG (B), IgG1 (C) and IgG2a (D) levels in the sera of infected p110δD910A and WT mice. At different times after infection, mice were sacrificed and sera were analyzed for different isotypes of Leishmania-specific antibodies by ELISA.
