(A,B) Competitive end-point PCR and (C) qPCR were used to evaluate relative abundance in untreated (A,C) and CHX treated cells (B,C). Expression of both the normal and alternative transcripts were normalized to Ppia and are presented as fold-difference compared to skeletal muscle.
