Abstract: Food safety issue has been highly concerned by countries in the world,which is not only related to the people’s lives and health,but also to the relationship between the country’s political stability.With the further development of communication technology,the people gradually realized that the dissemination of information on the role of food safety incidents,constructed smooth and efficient mechanism for the dissemination of information are not just the government’s responsibility,but also are the responsibility of the media.However,in food safety information dissemination process,the government and the media are in roles offside situation,leading to severe food crisis in public safety.Therefore,how to strengthen government guidance of public opinion on food safety information,and strengthen the responsibility of the media in the dissemination of information,is placed in the front of China’s food safety crisis management a difficult problem.
