Abstract

We demonstrate high-harmonic generation at 2.4-MHz repetition rate from the compressed output of a thin-disk-oscillator, obtaining a compact XUV source with >5×107 photons/s (19th harmonic). Furthermore, we investigate phase-matching conditions towards higher XUV photon flux.
