Green Enhancement Cavity for Frequency Comb Generation in the Extreme Ultraviolet

Abstract

Peak intensities > 2×1013W/cm2 are generated in a green enhancement cavity en route to XUV frequency comb generation with unprecedented conversion efficiencies. Enhancement limitations in the green region are discussed for the first time.
