Mid-Infrared Gas Sensing with Optical Parametric Oscillator based Dual-Comb Spectrometer

Abstract

A dual-comb spectrometer based on an optical parametric oscillator is used for gas sensing in the 3–5 μm spectral region. The design of light source combined with a simple stabilization scheme allow Doppler-limited spectral resolution.
