Abstract

We’ve demonstrated an 11% efficiency boost of a flexible inkjet-printing thin film Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cell by embedded nano-crystal quantum dots. Non-radiative energy transfer contribution from quantum dots to Cu(In,Ga)Se2 is confirmed by time-resolved photoluminescence measurements.
