Abstract: This paper expounded interactive innovation mechanism of science and technology services and manufacturing enterprises applying system dynamics theory,established a system dynamics model of interactive innovation from knowledge transfer and innovation perspective,and simulated by using Vensim PLE software.Then,it studied the factors affecting effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge transfer and innovation,proposed policy recommendations.
