Studies on Antibiotic Activity in Vitro of Compound Zibingdongqing Ointment in Bacteria Infection of BurnChinese Full Text

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial effect of compound Zibingdongqing ointment in vitro. Methods: Agar dilution method was used in an experimental study to determine the antibacterial effect of compound Zibingdongqing ointment in vitro on three experiemental fungi（Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa）. Results: 125 mg/mL of the drug had the antibacterial effect on the following three experiemental fungi; 62.5 mg/ mL of the drug had the antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aureginosa; 15.62 mg/mL of the drug had the antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli. Conclusion: Compound Zibingdongqing ointment had varying degrees of the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro.
