Abstract: The purified recombinant OMP25-32a was obtained after four rounds of selection by random c7c phage peptide library, and the positive phage colonies specifically binding to OMP25 were screened out.The positive phage colonies were further proved by ELISA and sequenced,42 positive phage colonies were obtained.5 of these 42 colonies, including 9#、11#、35#、38# and 41#,had high affinity to Brucella OMP25-32a.Bioinformation analysis showed that 11# cyclic heptapeptide named LT-7C,had high homology with the protein ZNF446 in amino acid sequence level. This study may provide scientific basis for future drugtreatment of brucellosis.
