Optimization Technique of Aeroengine Rotor AssemblyChinese Full Text

Abstract: The primary unbalance and concentricity of rotor were controlled by optimizing the fixing angle between the adjacent parts.The bounce measurement based on rotor was illustrated,and the deviation between the axis of rotation and the principal axis of inertia was calculated to estimate the rotor unbalance and concentricity.Two optimization principles of rotor unbalance and concentricity were proposed,and the random assembly process,and one or two optimize assembly process was simulated by Montle Carlo method.The verification shows that the rotor optimization assembly technique can improve the rotor assembly quality.
