安息香的抗炎解热作用研究

Abstract: 目的:研究安息香的抗炎、解热作用。方法:应用2,4-二硝基酚、内毒素所致大鼠发热模型观察安息香的解热作用,应用醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进模型观察安息香的抗炎作用。结果:安息香醇提物2.5、5、10g/kg可降低内毒素或2,4-二硝基酚所致大鼠体温的升高,安息香醇提物2.5、5、10g/kg剂量对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进均有抑制作用。结论:安息香具有抗炎、解热作用。
