Research of cloud model for visceral fat estimation based on bioelectrical impedance analysisChinese Full Text

Abstract: There is strong nonlinear relationship between viscera fat area( VFA) and the impedance of human body abdomen and subcutaneous abdominal impedance. So the model of visceral fat estimation was set up by a wavelet network cloud model( WNCM). According to the eight-electrode method,the input of model was constituted by the body abdominal shape feature and characteristics of population attributes and two impedances. Based on different conditions of input,the input membership clouds were set up and carried out fuzzy inference by the establishment of corresponding rule. The network was build that was corresponding to the input of the wavelet function as the basis function network,and used weighted average of the wavelet neural network output of the input membership cloud fuzzy reasoning output,to predict VFA. After identification and training of parameters of the model,using the trained model of VFA predicts those person measured. The results show that the model has strong ability of nonlinear function approximation,and the prediction effect of VFA has obvious improvement than the statistical regression model.
