巨细胞动脉炎致缺血性视神经病变一例

Abstract: ＜正＞患者男性,78岁。因双眼视力下降10天,左眼视物不见3天入院。既往无高血压、糖尿病及风湿病病史。入院检查:T:36.8℃,P:80次/分,R:20次/分,BP:120/80 mmHg。双侧颞部触及颞动脉迂曲、怒张、变硬,搏动减弱,有压痛;双下颌关节疼痛,咀嚼无力。眼部检查:视力:右眼0.02,左眼无光感。右眼前节无异常,眼底:视盘边界清,颜色正常,C/D=0.5,视网膜血管无异常,中心凹反光欠明。左眼角膜透明,前房轴中,瞳孔中大,直接对光反射（-）,间接对光反射（+）,眼底:视盘边
