双眼象限性视网膜色素变性一例

Abstract: ＜正＞患者女性,40岁。因双眼视野缩小4月余于2013年4月26日来北京同仁医院眼科中心就诊。4个月前无明显诱因感双眼视野缩小。患者外祖母、母亲及小姨均有类似病史,具体病情不详。检查:视力:右眼1.2,左眼1.0。眼压:右眼13.5mmHg,左眼17.8 mmHg。双眼结膜无充血,角膜透明,房水闪光阴性,前房中深,瞳孔等圆,对光反射灵敏,晶状体透明,玻璃体未见明显混浊。眼底:双眼视盘周围及视盘上方、下方和
