Resistance to delayed fracture properties of high strength steel for buildingChinese Full Text

Abstract: Effect of different levels of Si and V elements on the mechanical properties of the steel bar was studied and the delayed fracture resistance was analyzed. The results show that,the adding of appropriate amount of Si and V element in steel bar has good effect on the delayed fracture resistance of high strength steel. The delayed fracture resistance of the steel bar is the best when the contents of Si and V are0. 9% and 0. 25%.
