Abstract: With the increase of design difficulty and the development of computer technology,the designers both at home and abroad always pursuit the landscape effect based on the function of bridge,so that the bridge alignment and cross section become more and more complex,which leads to more difficulties and challenges to manufacturer of the steel bridge.The bridge of south approach ramp 5over River Sava in the City of Belgrade is one kind of landscape bridge.The section of steel box girder is trough shaped.The control method of bridge alignment and geometrical tolerance during trial assembling for 3Dcurve opening steel box girder makes the bridge set up and install successfully.
