Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of oseltamivir in early stage of treatment of influenzalike diseases.Method:A randomized,open,and control clinical trial was designed.A total of 122 patients were recruited and divided into two groups.The treatment group including 60 cases were given oseltamivir 75 mg,twice daily for 3 days.The control group including 62 cases were treated with the physician’s routine orders.Result:The duration of eight symptoms such as fever,headache,muscular ache,and fatigue in oseltamivir group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).All of 122 individuals were conducted for safety analysis.The adverse events reported were similar in both two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Our study provided the evidence that Oseltamivir was effective and safety in the treatment of early naturally acquired influenza.
